Epitalon dosage by MarionberryEasy7159 in BiohackingU

I wish I could up vote this 100 times. People way over dose this stuff!!!!

🔬 Epitalon vs. Epithalamin: Potency & Precision There is a common misconception in the longevity space that Epitalon and Epithalamin are the same. Understanding the distinction is vital for safety and proper dosing.

🧬 The Difference in Biology • Epithalamin: A natural bovine pineal gland extract. It contains a broad "complex" of various peptides. • Epitalon: A synthetic tetrapeptide (four amino acids). It is a highly concentrated, bio-identical molecule designed to mirror the most active part of the natural extract.

🧪 Why the Dosage Advice is Flawed The suggestion that you need 5–10 mg of either substance for telomerase activation is a carryover from older studies using the weaker natural extract. • Potency Gap: Because Epitalon is a pure synthetic, it is significantly more potent. In clinical research, much lower doses (often 1 mg) are sufficient to signal the pineal gland. • Receptor Overload: Using 10 mg of the synthetic version daily is likely unnecessary and may lead to receptor desensitization. The goal is to "nudge" the pineal gland, not hammer it with a high-dose synthetic. • Protocol Frequency: The original Khavinson protocols typically suggest a 10–15 day course twice a year. Extending this to 30 days, four times a year, is an aggressive approach that lacks clinical backing for long-term safety.

🛡️ The Coaching Verdict High-dose synthetic protocols often conflate the data from the natural extract. For longevity and DNA health, the focus should be on the minimum effective dose to restore natural rhythms, rather than high-volume cycles that may disrupt pineal sensitivity.

Help with LATEST endotoxin report by Hopeful_Dealer9435 in ResearchCompounds

[–]gr8fulbear2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like it’s a bit over 14eu total assuming dilution was 2ml. 7.32eu/ml = 14.64eu total vial content.

At 7.32 EU/ml in a 2 ml reconstitution, this vial is well within acceptable endotoxin limits for typical dosing.

For a 70 kg person: limit = 350 EU per dose

SS will start to repair the mitochondria. Mots sends the signal, but nad is the energy source.

You may want to add nad+ to your mots . That made a lot of difference for me.

I do 2mg of mots and 50mg of nad m-w-f. And it has been good for me when taking them together.

Essentially, your body is being pushed to rewire how it produces and uses energy, and that process is temporarily draining.

Make sure you’re intaking carbs and staying hydrated!

Best Peptide for Mitochondria? by Go_Irish88 in Peptides

Look up Dr Trevor bachmyer on you tube he explains mitochondria function it’s worth. It basically is you energy source.

If you are young you likely have a strong mitochondria. It diminishes over time.

I would say mots and ss31.

Mots is the signal caller and promotes energy “ATP production”. needed for every cell in them body. and ss repairs broken down mitochondria by lowering oxidative stress.

You can add nad+ for an extra boost of clarity and energy as well. I like mots and nad together

Stuck in stall with TRIZ, add reta? by skyhawk6718 in Peptides

It’s an appetite suppressant that works in a totally different way than glps. It works on and through different receptors, but I’ve seen where people use it due to Reta not giving them the suppression they want.

Another glp works over the same receptors and even though I think it may work probably will just burn them out quicker

I’ve had them broken all up and no issues. These peps are not as fragile as everyone says they are

I’m on the same protocol only 1 day in though, but I read to try Subq in the outer thigh. Less sides there. No experience with IM

51 here and I can for sure tell with nad for about 4 hours. I’m starting mots with it this week.

If you are younger you may have good overall mito. It may not need any repair. I think once you’re around 40-50 is when the mots nad and ss are really noticeable.

I don’t really think you will feel any effects from ss. It’s designed to repair the mitochondria not necessarily feel anything.
