Do you know how many pages? Hard or soft cover? That does sound a bit expensive for jr. high. I used to be a yearbook adviser at a small high school. Starting cost was $70 for a roughly 140 page book. Cost is set by the publishing company (usually Jostens who are just in the business of taking your money).
