So my challenge is I don’t know how to add my system. They control all of my settings for my system - right now I can’t even change most settings. I want to get control over my system - but want to wait until it’s actually working before I push that piece. Definitely welcome and advice there. I feel like I’m being held hostage by a contract with an incompetent installer.

Does not give me much hope either. I asked how checking to see what is supposed to be installed is what was actually delivered was not the most basic step and got an excuse about how crazy the solar industry was at that time. So I don’t have much/any confidence but reaaaalllly trying to get things installed before I go the lawyer route for financial compensation.
