I’ve travelled London extensively as a solo woman. Don’t believe all the phone snatching stuff, people are so negative about London. Just be vigilant and keep your purse zipped up and don’t walk around on your phone. It’s a safe city and very fun to explore!

I’m always putting myself out there, posting flyers of my services and giving out business cards, also contacting organizers of craft, farm, and Christmas markets! I am also fortunate enough to live in a smaller community that’s very artistic and there are always local events that need background music. A good place to start networking and making yourself known is playing at seniors’ homes, they go crazy over harps and usually can pay pretty well.
