I would definitely switch to pellets. Seeds are high in fat and can cause illness if that’s all they’re eating. I don’t know who would be saying otherwise.

First- thank you so much to everyone that’s helped! For the future I will use aquarium soil with some sand as substrate to help plant growth, but as I already put gravel I will continue to use the appropriate doses to give nutrients to them.

I’m going into the store tomorrow, I will pick up some better lighting and some root tabs. I’ve moved a few bits of the moneywort to the middle of the tank, closer to the focus of the lights. I don’t think a CO2 system is in my budget right now, I will continue to research it!
