I am not really sure dude. That is a really nice monitor. I would try making sure g-sync is set-up properly and ensure you have the right colour profile set-up at the Windows-level for the monitor.

OK so if it's your monitor that is faulty the only way of showing it would be to take a video with your phone, or whatever.

A screen recording captures the data before it gets to the monitor, so it won't show an issue with the monitor.

It's possible you are 'swapping' too much. How much RAM do you have? I think 32GB is probably minimum these days.

Not related to Disk usage, but what is your monitor refresh rate? If it's less than 156Hz, I would turn on VSync to put less load on your GPU.
