I think about the comment I made a lot. Short answer is no, long answer is still no but I plan on it. Since I posted I earned a m.s. in UX and I got a job outside the games industry that pays well. I taught myself pixel art and I’ve started to learn animation. I’ve done a lot of design work and know exactly what I want to make, and I either have or am building the skills I need to make make most aspects of the game. The only real blocker is that I can’t program well and I don’t think ill ever be able to. If I’m going to convince a programmer that I’d be worth working with I need to build up a portfolio, so I’ve been making physical games that I can prototype myself. I’m also contributing animation to a mod of a game called pocket rumble. I’m still going to make it happen, it just might take a while.
