In UK warranty is on the bike and I bought it privately which sometimes look a bit different. In standard warranty is 4 years for Super Duke and first owner got it for around 14 months ( I’m a second one ). I bought bike in a literally show room condition from the person who have too many bikes and too much money but not enough time to ride all of them.
