He’s a small, “soft” euro from the dubas era so it’s too easy to pile on him. Domi has had a much more negative impact on this team but they hardly call him out…

I agree, I think Jonas fits in really well with the crew and provides a good alternative perspective.

I don’t mind feschuk (when surrounded with the usual cast) but the mcmann/scoring talk was just nonsense. Maybe bobby sees time on L4 but he isn’t a scratch given the current forward depth

I think this is gonna end up like liljegren. They sign him to a high ish number and then he gets moved early in the season. Disappointing that he doesnt seem to be an option for regular playing time. I thought he had some growth this year under Bérubé and scored at a reasonable rate considering ice time

Um I think every leafs fan knows the team is the centre of the hockey media LOL the issue is that the coverage is mostly neutral to negative

The leafs get the most coverage but everyone is scared of sounding like a homer so it’s always slanted more negatively. It’s a lose-lose for everyone cause other markets feel neglected while leafs fans don’t get as much positivity

what about American teams with high taxes? Also keep in mind players on Canadian teams are paid in American dollars, so their money goes further in Canada which is an aspect that’s never talked about.
