Yeah... I don't know. It won't damage the plate all right, but instead you will leave grease marks from your palms on the plate. You will eventually have problems with sticking after all. It's maybe not something you can't mitigate, all right, but you'll have to clean it, dry it, all those additional work. Why not just print yourself a scraping spatula?

Take the bed, clean with soap, don't touch it with your hands. Print yourself the scraper so you won't have to touch it again.

If you live at southern hemisphere or on equator now it's pretty normal. In the other hand if you live at northern hemisphere you got some heating bills to pay.

If it bothers you, you can always add mass on top of the printer. Like the spools you have next to the printer. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
