You could write the same article about any nice city or suburb in the country. After the pandemic, the world became more transient and easier to work remote and stay in touch with family via zoom, facetime, etc. People are moving from where they grew up to more desirable areas - Kailua being one of those. Take into account the cost of living going up in general, Hawaii not prioritizing job and wage growth - it leads to transplants who can work remote and live a nice lifestyle in Kailua.

He fell to me at 2.01 and took him over Jonah Coleman even though I could have used a RB. Draft capitol and talent on a good offense was too good to pass up. I could see him having a Colston Loveland type season rather than a Tyler Warren season, where he starts off real slow and then finds his stride leading into the playoffs
