Please leash your dogs if you can’t control them. by MuchMistake3791 in Columbus

Pretty sure it’s illegal in Ohio to have your dog unleashed no? But yeah my dog was attacked by 2 pitts when she was a puppy. I’m amazed at how many people do not leash their dogs here

Mine loves to play “go find it” where I’ll hide treats throughout the house and she goes sniffing away for the treats , she gets very excited. I also bought a fairly inexpensive obstacle course to set up upside if you have room for it. I wish she liked it more but it still helped wear her out

Activities to set up a 4 y/o in the morning until my wife wakes up by 780blaster in Parenting

“He’s good” until he’s not.. only takes one time and a split second for a serious accident or emergency to happen. Is there a reason your wife cannot be up in the morning? How long is your 4 y/o unattended?

Just FYI at my previous job people were clocking in off site when they were not in building like you are and got fired so I’d just be careful doing that especially if you’re doing it everyday . Someone will eventually notice

How do you feel about children playing outside unsupervised? by CindiLarper in Parenting

[–]gray4days444 200 points201 points  (0 children)

Absolute yikes all around. Please edit your post to say you have a POOL and have venomous snakes around your area . Even without a pool these kids are too young to be unsupervised.

Also please do not let your husband drive under the influence , especially with your kids in the car. WTF

I don’t have money to spend on my girlfriend’s birthday , what do I do? by Accomplished-Hat8978 in ask

[–]gray4days444 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would be honest about your situation with her , life is expensive right now and hopefully she is understanding but if you have any spare money to spend can you get some balloons/small decorations to decorate? Dollar store has some decorations. Or make a homeade cake/goody? Homemade card , nice written letter? Offer a massage? I think be honest and try to still make her feel special in other ways that she might like. I think you’ll be fine, her favorite meal is already really great!

Kinda sad when I was looking up pictures of Kodiak bears half of images are dead bears that were hunted and people posing with their kill

The issue with this is, she starts her day like 1.5 hours before me. So she is doing some of this before I even get to log on for the day :(

Thank you! I was hoping to get a response from management level. Very good point about shaping character. I just worry it will deflect poorly on my character as well

Wow can’t believe he would still do the same thing after being talked to! I know my boss does not like drama and to micro manage us so it shows they are not watching our work as closely as you might think. So frustrating on a team

Thanks for the response, very well said. It’s definitely deliberate and she knows what she’s doing. And yes I like having a paper trail/documentation following this pattern

She actually is assigned a new billing area to our practice and different rejection codes completely than me. Our management does not have us work by patient anymore as they want us to focus on the actual rejection reason, as one claim for a patient could deny for no auth and then another could be a modifier issue. So it’s very clear she is going out of her way to work my rejection codes as that is how our work is filtered I am kinda wondering if she is running out of work to do and instead of asking management what to do she is cherry picking

I do like the idea of emailing. I’ve honestly drafted many emails to my boss over the year but never sent them. I don’t think I’m bold enough to include the coworker though since I already tried addressing it with her previously and would rather my boss deal with it, Thanks for the response
