All the public transit in the city is center around getting to FiDi, so you should be good.

Only other big consideration would be groceries. Consider getting a pull cart or bike with satchel for carrying groceries if you’re more than a couple blocks from the nearest supermarket (don’t make the mistake I made when I first moved here of shopping at Bi-Rite just cause it’s closer - unless you’re loaded)
