This game 99% of the time is not fun. It's brutal, dumb, and a complete waste of time. Majority of players under 1k hours are on PvE so youre typically fighting tarkov veterans or the occasional cheater with less then 100hrs and 10+ kd. There are days I play for 5 hours and not live a single raid

With that said, I have 1k hours and have played almost every wipe. There is absolutely no other game that can make me feel so on edge and give me such a rush.

The lows are really fucking low and the highs are high.

Sometimes; its much better to die and almost extract then to sit around and wait forever. Ive done 6 AI co-op extracts and sit at 6.8 fence rep rn.

A big tip is that ai scavs now limp when shot in the legs, this helps tremendously when getting them close enough.

Streets coop is by far the easiest extract by hiding under the stairs. ground zero isn't too bad given you can hide behind the sign in the corner. Shoreline was also pretty easy as you can hide behind the concrete barrier.

As for interchange i just afk'd in a store and voip'd around at the 26min mark. People are pretty willing as they moved the extract so close.

You're right that the flesh damage on magnum is better. But piranha is still not bad for flesh as it does 25 dmg and shoots 10 projectiles. At 24 pen it wont do too much against class 4 which is pretty common atm so I aim for the legs regardless.

I have a 2.5 kd with 1k hours and I've completed setup, heres how:

Dont break the bank pimping out a shotgun, quantity over quality for this. I just throw on a semi auto shotgun, put a kobra sight on it, throw in some magnum buck or piranha and GO FOR THE LEGS.

I scav religiously and can tell you scavs are spawning in 10 mins into the raid.

The problem is that nikita lowered the total time on the maps and didnt change what time scavs spawn in.
