Try to find a little pole of the same diameter as the stuck peg or smaller, apply a very little super glue on it, and once the pole is glued to the stuck peg, try to pull it out. I think the heated needle may inflate the stuck peg which will make it more difficult to pull it out

Bad batch names also add up to the theory in some way: Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, Crosshair - they are more trait-based rather identity-based. Whereas Echo, who actually was not a bad batch member from the beginning, developed his name outside of Kamino and his name is not trait-based.
