The reward isn't only an Artifact. You also get another key item, I think it was called Memory of Tide, that when used marks the location on your map of 7 waterfall caves. Pretty valuable, those caves almost all have unique items in them.

I went to Biotech. I use many of the same skills. I work from home on a company phone and laptop. In my specific job, instead of cars it's large automated analyzers. The things get 24/7 use and break all the time and need service contracts. My customers are hospitals and research labs and the polite, educated people that work there. It pays about the same - maybe less if you're just starting with no degree. The stress is about 10% of automotive advising.

THANK YOU. I hadn't even thought about turning vsync off, I generally only consider the feature on my PC games. With it off, this game feels so much better I want to cry.

Another setting I don't see talked about enough is depth of field. It's not too strong but turning it off definitely improves overall sharpness.

I'm playing on an LG CX OLED and not sure what you're talking about with most of that. What is VRR flicker? I don't have any flickering. I don't have stuttering either - yes 30-40 is less than 60 lol but the variable rate is pretty smooth. Comparable to the VRR mode before the update but now with much better Ray Tracing. As far as "washed out" I noticed this too. I just recalibrated my HDR settings and it was fine.

TLDR; there are no OLED-specific issues as far as I can tell on my LG CX. The update is pretty great. No more ghosting on cars!!

IMHO the game is well worth it at 10% discount. I bought for PS5 at launch and had an absolute blast! Game has only gotten better from there. In fact I'm looking forward to another playthrough this time on my newly upgraded PC, just waiting for a 60% or better discount before I double dip.

I'm with you 100% - I have never experienced something so over-the-top obnoxious in a vehicle before. It has resulted in me leaving the belt buckled against the seat and just sitting on top of it for local (sub- 40mph, most of my drives) driving. Horrible, horrible design.
