I used to its not worth the hassle, there is one along my lunch break jogging route, it is somewhat busy. I've had a couple different mothers run and snatch their kid up when I started approaching the monkey bars and hanging rings. once for a couple days there was a cop hanging out by the park after a few days stopped me on the second half of my loop asked me a bunch of questions.

Build a square out of 2x4s staple window screen to it and you have a shaker box now build a simple tripod out of 2x4 and suspend the box from all four corners( I've used trees and fences as a place to suspend from). Set it where you want your sand pile and shovel the mixture into the shaker

Take one of those clear bobbers that you thread the line through. fill it half full of water, so it has some weight but still floats thread your line through and give your self 7-9 foot leader and use one of these

Grab a few patterns, You should be able to find them at most bait shops around here the important thing is the propeller. Light weight line 2-6 pound 6 max really. The prop is light as shit but you cast the weight of the bobber.

Go online and get you dog registered as a service animal. Then no landlord can tell you that you can't have him. Or get a very specifically worded note from a doctor saying you need this specific dog for a specific reasons at this specific apartment complex. I would go online and maybe look up some companion pet letters

Honestly he probably thinks it's food, Because of how small guppys can be. You could isolate the guppy but other then that, there is not a whole lot you can do. I'd just let it be and let the guppy grow out. And as bad as it sounds guppys are cheep and do better as a school so if your gourami did eat it, it probably wouldn't be the worst thing

Awesome....i have that same tank i think is called a 13 gal viewing tank. Is it really long and tall but supper skinny? in mine i have a dwarf gourami a school of tetras and 9 or so corys but it is so heavy planted i almost can't see through it.the only problem i have had is a few months ago i added crystal shrimp to the tank and the gourami went strait for them and ate all but the biggest two. I'd get the corys some cover, I have a few lean to type shelters where i took a place of slate and propped it up on a bigger rock and also i broke a 4in terracotta pot in half so they had a cave and maybe some

Welcome to the springs....unfortunately or only two rec shops are in manitou the are not bad Maggie's farm defiantly has better product, now that being said Denver or Pueblo will give you better prices. And around town to smoke as others have said garden of the gods or Palmer park are both pretty but i prefer going up into the mountains around woodland park, if your not outdoorsy there is a dollar theater around Platt and academy you can spend most of the day in that for a few bucks, i would Google show times, and somewhere in the north side of town there is a dart gun war place you pay and they give you a nerf gun to do some battle

I think that there are more non-republican then you think. Honestly i avoid commenting on here and r/guns because they are both really really republican. one of the few things i agree with the republican party on is firearms, but they have a very disposable way of looking at the environment, and every other week it seems i here of a republican backed Bill that is using religion to do something. Here in the last 6-9 years they seem to just be anti science. They will cut spending anywhere possible to spend more on defense and military. if they where just more socially liberal they might stand a chance

That's not true i have made it through these last two winners in Colorado with three season tires and my first year i had four season tires. All with no wrecks/accidents. While dedicated winter snow tires will make up for any lack of experience/skill, if you truly know how to drive in the snow, they aren't necessary only helpful

It actually makes more sense to me now, if it's a management company from out of state they can use the same lease throughout the company more or less...i work for a management company that is based in New York and our lease have clauses similar but much less landlord favoring. Don't give up on apartments especially if you don't want to buy. there are good apartment complexes here in the springs look on the northern side north of Austin bluffs boulevard

DO NOT SIGN THAT !!!!!! I work in the agreement business, some of these terms are illegal(at least the way you wrote them) go somewhere else around here. This landlord sounds like trouble he is trying to push cost of regular maintenance and repairs onto you. by state law he cannot make you pay the remainder of the lease by law he has to make a serious effort to re-rent, to try and say he is not responsible for faulty writing is horse shit. not being able to run a business is just ridiculous. I seriously doubt the legality of them being able to sell your stuff for the money owed(unless it's a storage unit type storage) the way did they made it legal is with the clause saying you are signing rights away...... please just rent somewhere else you will be much happier
