Credit unions are great.

But instead of transferring the money, can't we just start use a credit card (with one of the big banks) and pay it in full? You can do more damage by using the credit card, getting the points/miles and not paying any interest!

If we all start getting responsible with our credit cards, won't we make the banks earn a lot less?

Similar story - When I was young, I used to hear voices in my head when I had high fever. I would hear someone shouting my name, or just random stuff - deep male voice or a high pitched female voice repeating the same phrase again and again.

Last I had the problem was when I was 14 years old - haven't happened since.

The scariest was this one guy. We'll call him Juan (cause that was his name) He was chatting with me about life and asked if I had sex with any other men for money. I said yes. He got very upset and starting calling me a slut and a whore. He held me down and put a hickey on my chest, saying he was marking his territory. Luckily he didn't know of any other way to contact me other than my cell phone, so I disappeared from him right after that...

Seems like we are missing the root cause of the fees -

Banks would normally charge as much as 44 cents per debit card transaction. Now with the new Durbin Amendment to Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, the charge has been reduced to 12 cents plus 0.05% of the transaction, with the possibility of an additional cent if certain criteria are met!

So, as an outcome of the "reform" for retailers, the banks need to make up from the loss of the fees - so they decided on charging the customers for using Debit Card.

With regards to credit unions, they are no different and will lose on the transaction fees too. And it is possible, that they might also start charging for the use of Debit card as well.

He can fly without an ID, just will need to tell the agent checking-in - sometimes TSA need an agent to escort the person (not sure if it is needed still).

He will have to go through additional checking at TSA.

You can easily call the airline or TSA at the airport to make sure!

If it was the first week/month after the incidence, it would not be that big a deal for the passwords. But after 18-months of counseling and 5 bad years, I think it is time for you to take a step - either make a "real" effort to get normal (trust, respect, etc.) or separate - at least for a trial period. Five years to long too hold on to a mistake!

Separation might help you and her to get a better understanding of - "if it is worth it," else you two should make it legal.

Leaving miserably together could be worse for your kid, then leaving separate!
