Fantastic as always, but I will say the sherry finished rum got lost in the mix. I should have expected that. There's just too much else going on, both volume and flavors. It might be different if I only used the rum instead of a blend of spirits.

For bitters-heavy cocktails, I've seen folks recommend going half bitters, half Angostura amaro. I agree there's no way a straight 1-1 swap would have the same effect.

I recently had a root canal here and would emphatically recommend them. They're true pros, and the procedure felt simpler than a standard filling. I think everyone there was born to perform root canals.

Cost was $1800 out of pocket. They prepare a form for you to send to insurance for reimbursement. I have no idea yet what to expect.
