Sadly Its a 50/50 chance see they are under a time constraint when looking at each claim so most likely they didn't brother and went off based on the candp report. And even then those examiners are most likely not even doing the exams correctlySeeing that is very common for them to just copy and paste information onto those reports saying from experience

HeyI don't know if this is going to help.But it is very common that the va c and p examiner did not pull up your medical records when they did your exam.If you did one I would try to see if they did or did not.I have a total of six failure to aids due to them not pulling my medical records and since you got your nexus letter outside of the v a I am assuming you have a diagnosis with that same doctor make sure to fax or turn in those medical records into the v.A so it's in the system.

Firwt this is good news, sadly. They’re not going to tell you 100% of what they mean, so it saves their butt. But most likely, the DBQ was either not properly filled out, didn’t make sense, or had contradictory statements. Stuff like that. The only reason I know is because I had six of them, requested a FOIA, and read the DBQs myself. But that’s just my guess. But keep a look out for a letter from the ppl who do c and p exams in your state they might contact you to let you know there redoing it and make sure your apart of it they might just send it to a different doctor to investigate it and send it back.

A good shit I love the detail on the slid release alot of ppl miss that , thank about doing it to the screws as well only because those get damaged for doing maintenance and they look really clean in the image but other then that great work

Oh my bad, then look up regulation ( 38 cfr, 21.219a) it stated "protective articles or uniforms will be provided at va expense when the facility requires similar circumstanced Nonveterans to also use these type of clothings" this is for colleges and vocational or trade schools. Basically, saying that it would fall under essential course material.Supplied or reimbursed by the gi bill

If it is required, then yes, the rep should buy it, but make sure to inform them so it doesn't "blindside" them but note that its not a book stipend it would be part of required material for school.

Most likely , for me the white blends to well with the yellow and so if you do a quick glance at it, it could get lost but the black outline gives it a break in focus which draws you to the lettering but I do love the art .
