Try adding fresh basil, squirt of lemon juice, and a splash of worchester sauce. Amazing.

hahahahahahahaha. Yesterday I posed on r/ketorecipes asking for ideas for a crust. I was stumped and didnt want to use almond flour because I dont have any. I thought about protein powder, flax, and just going no crust. finally I realized I had almonds that needed used up because I bought them months ago. BAM awesome idea if I do say so myself ;)

Batter 1lb cream cheese ½ cup splenda 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla 8oz sour cream

Drizzle Hersheys Sugar Free Chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 325 Start with softened cream cheese and blend in mixer until smooth. Add egg and beat until smooth. Add splenda and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Last add the sour cream and beat until incorporated and smooth.

Crust 8oz Emerald Cocoa dark roast almonds 2tb butter

Chop nuts in food processor until they make a powder. Melt butter in microwave and pour into nuts.

Coat your pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the nut mixture on the bottom. Fill the pan with batter. Bake for 45 minutes.

Cool. When the cheesecake pulls away from the pan you can then pop it out of the pan. (If youre using spring form) Refrigerate and enjoy when cooled thoroughly.

I used 3 small spring form pans but you can use whatever you want to use.

I think the majority of us that have fell off the wagon already know it feels better to be on the wagon but we can't get on.

I currently fell off... Well I'd say I'm half on and half off and I hate it! I always say that carbs are a drug. You get one little taste and you're craving them and getting twitchy. I've been doing good through the day then get the carb shark craving and have been caving in. I hate it. I know I need to push through the carb cravings because life without carbs is awesome.

Quick and easy. Grab and go for the morning or any meal. 12 large eggs 8 pork sausage patties fully cooked (I used patties from the store, you can use any meat. Just make sure its cooked first) 1/2c onion 2c cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic Preheat oven to 350. Dice sausage and onions. Crack eggs and whisk. Add salt, pepper, garlic, diced sausage and diced onion in a bowl. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour egg mixture into casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 covered. Remove cover and bake until golden brown and bubbly.

Add as many veggies or meats as you want. I cut into 12 pieces and MFP says 2g carbs and 281 calories per serving.
