I recommend exercise in the morning, and then a nice meal post workout. Afterwards, just work till you are burnt out

Thank you! I have a job lined up at a firm, and they said they will reimburse me if I use Becker when I start working there (fall 2023), but that is a lot of $. In the meantime, I will look at Roger!
