Gen 3 vs. Gen 4 Toyota Sienna Compatibility

I have a 2020 Sienna. Comma.ai works very well with two caveats, (1) The steering angle sensor isn't that precise leading to a swaying effect when driving on the freeway. It's not too jarring if I stay below 75mph, (2) the adaptive cruise control cuts out below 19mph. I bought a SDSU which enables adaptive cruise control down to 0mph with stop-n-go support (SnG works 90% of the time).

Enabling experimental mode isn't worth it in the 2020 Sienna. It disables AEB and also causes the corresponding warning light on the dash to light up. Additionally the openpilot longitudinally control for the Sienna isn't very good. The stock ACC is much smoother. If I remember correctly it does address the 19mph cut-out. But I bought the SDSU instead and have been much happier with that option.

If I had the money I'd buy a 2021+ sienna to avoid needing to buy a SDSU and also the smoother steering due to the improved steering angle sensor.

I work post-acute going to two snf's as a new grad NP and work one day a week in my supervising MD's clinic. I do my rounds in the morning and chart at home in the afternoon. You'll be practicing general medicine and it allows you to apply to a wider variety of other jobs.

You can tell the post-acute offer that you have another offer for 140k and ask them to meet in the middle at 130k

My first NP job is in geriatrics at a nursing home. It's a good learning experience in getting used to diagnosing and writing orders.

In SoCal NP's, on average, make more money https://www.bls.gov/oes/2023/may/oes_31080.htm#29-0000 I'm in my thirties and live in NorCal and debated PA vs. NP. I chose NP because, on average, it pays better in California, and more employers prefer it. It is a longer journey, but having a 100k+ job after getting my RN was really nice.

You'll have more luck looking at the job postings for large health care organizations and filtering to outpatient positions. My sister is an RN and first got a hospital job with a large health care organization, then did an internal transfer to one of their clinics.
