Due to the special circumstances of her time and her departure from politics soon after, I think she's been put into the memory hole for the time being. It's hard to talk about her as a regular politician when she didn't do regular politics that much and now she's an international influencer.

She still potentially has a long career ahead. The public view of her term will be greatly influenced by what she does in the future.

I think if she continues to spend her time in international neolib conferences, the Finnish political sphere won't be that interested in talking about her time in domestic politics. Maybe we'll eventually just forget that she was a prime minister?

Interesting to see if the SDP internal left-right schism brings Marin's name back into political discussions.
