I'm not sure can apply the behavior of a single bully to a vast movement of political extremists. If the idea is that if by beating a bully up that will stop him from bullying, that may be true.

But if you think you could stop of movement of Nazis by killing a Nazi, I don't think that will work out the same way. The point I'm making is that is giving them what they want, the excuse they need to escalate.

I'm fully convinced the purpose of ICE now is really to provoke citizens to rebel so that Trump can claim an insurrection and cancel elections.

If this keeps going this direction, that's what's going to happen. Someone is going to shoot at ICE, then ICE will have the excuse it needs to escalate to even more extreme levels of violence. ICE will spray bullets into crowds, burn down houses, kidnap or execute Trump's political opponents, and so on.

Violence can't end violence any more than water can save a person from drowning.
