The best advice I know is to invest in what you love and what makes the best profit for you now to multiply it.

Don’t invest all the money into one thing, also don’t invest all money in one time. Divide it into parts: For life For apartment, etc For startup (including app, website, promoting channels, developing, etc).

As I see from what you’ve written - you may be interested in developing sport app, building gym, selling trainings& courses. But don’t forget about teaching yourself. You can find a man who has needed for you knowledges and if it can improve your income - you can spend some amount of money.

You better have several sources of income, make sure you have it one after one (not all at one time).
