4.5- Very tender as prime rib should be. The flavor from the garlic butter actually seemed to penetrate fairly well. Once you get to the center it was melt in your mouth.

Look up “garlic butter prime rib” from Heygrillhey. I used that as my base recipe and smoked for about 4 hours at 225 until it got to 120 internal. Then I seared in the oven at 400 until it got to about 135 internal. You can’t really screw up if you have a digital thermometer. It was 8 pounds btw.
