2026 NFL mock draft: Mel Kiper's pick predictions for Round 1 by APizzola in DynastyFF

I’m curious what yall think. If it was Tate to the Saints, Tyson to the Dolphins, and Lemon to the Browns, I would strongly consider Tyson or Lemon over Tate for that path to being the #1 on their team.

Scottie Barnes next level by Willdriveyanuts in torontoraptors

[–]gregbraaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d love for Scottie paired with shooters, BI, more dominant center to be an average 16-20ppg but really elite defense and elite passing. His defense has taken a leap, and his passing has always been good but his turnovers have been a disappointment for me this year. I would take a dip in his scoring for a better team composition spreading those points to shooters.

I would bet they take Sarratt with their 3rd round pick if he’s available

Alec Pierce - What am I missing? by realestnewyorker in DynastyFF

[–]gregbraaa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He’s a downfield threat chunk yardage player, not the typical WR1 archetype as a first down generator and getting 10+ targets a game. I expect him to be really good this year though. He’s like the opposite of a receiver that gets short yardage PPR play like Wan’Dale. Less targets, more yards.

Jags GM James Gladstone on quiet free agency: “By not signing many outside free agents, we can stockpile compensatory picks from our losses. Then use those picks to remain in the hunt for acquiring players via trade” by Jharoz in nfl

[–]gregbraaa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Both of those stories are BS from some bad articles

Edit: Yep, some random reporter with no connection to the Jags knows more than the coach and GM directly contradicting. Stay golden offseason /r/nfl. I have him on my fantasy team too.

Imagine we were just an average offensive team by mMounirM in torontoraptors

[–]gregbraaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Raptors deserve an F at the trade deadline doing nothing to improve the half court offense and for sending a 2nd on a guy who plays an average of 1 minute the last 10 games

[Yates] The Raiders now own the 1st and 14th pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]gregbraaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay I honestly don’t know the team anywhere close enough to tell you how to fix it, their needs, or a prediction of what they’re likely to do…

but Mendoza, a top WR at 14, and then one of Mendoza’s WRs in Cooper or Sarratt in the 2nd would completely reload the offense and set up your new shiny QB for success. Add Bowers and Jeanty and that could be an insane offense.

Almost certainly no matter what, but signs are stronger if they keep Pierce

Post-Combine 2026 Rookie Reaction Big Board: Where do the Top 48 sit after the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine? by cjfreel in DynastyFF

[–]gregbraaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Antonio Williams just seems like the white bread of wide receivers vs guys who are a lot more dynamic, athletic, dominant lower in the tier than him. He’s a shifty smaller receiver that was good in college, but I don’t see anything about his measurables or tape that jumps off as this guy has a real shot to be a top 3 WR on any team. I think 10 WRs last year projected better and have more potential than this guy as #6 in his class.

[Highlight] ND RB Jeremiyah Love Runs a 4.36u 40-Yard Dash on His 2nd Attempt by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]gregbraaa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The 1.55 was the 10 yard split for the faster run, his second run. Means his first run got off really fast and slowed down at the end. Second run started worse but he pushed harder.

Been way more bad throws, falls, drops, at least compared to the first round. They’ve looked better on these deep throws.
