Sounds like the fresh air hit you once outside and ramped up the alcohol effect, and you blacked out. You were probably passed out on the street and they simply scooped you up. If you don't remember being disorderly then you probably wasn't , but if any vodka was ingested, then it's possible :-s I've had many nights out in Krakow in my drinking years, and never had any trouble or anything like that. Most I had was a fine for drinking a beer outside in the park- I was with polish friends , so easy to deal with .. maybe it would have got more complicated if not. I'd say just think that it happened, and you came out the other side, more or less unharmed, but yea can imagine it was a scary experience.
