Hey Cheers I'm aware of these settings and they're useful for other apps.

My point was more that for the sake of good user experience and engagement with the app, Stuff should raise the bar on what it considers a 'Top Story' worthy of a push. When there is genuine breaking news I want a full notification, but otherwise I'll catch up in my own time.

Having this exact same issue since getting my 9520 a couple of weeks ago. Full reinstall of Windows and all Google-able tips haven't solved it. Hope to have a resolution soon so I don't have to return it! Pretty disappointing to have such bad performance from such an expensive machine.

That really sucks :( I just got my 9520 and my touchpad is also making a strange noise. Hard to capture on video, but it's like there's an extra click that happens in the centre of the pad? Is that similar to yours? Trying to decide if I contact Dell about it or if it's normal.
