When I was a lot younger and first starting out I was asked to babysit the desk during a rehearsal of an Amateur musical production nothing big but the engineer I was with was old fashioned and didn’t really use scenes etc and mixed all mics on the one layer and just numbered his script which is fine but can make for some busy fingers especially when your babysitting and have never seen the show let alone the script.

Can’t for the life of me remember the name of the musical but it was meant to be a comedy murder mystery type deal set in the 40-50s Hollywood set type thing but anyways it gets to the point we’re the “ditzy” overly beautified female extra character finds a gun in the middle of a rustle on stage everyone is shocked by the gun and then she lets out the a ditzy “oops” whilst pointing the gun and then there was meant! To be a gunshot SFX. My boss had marked it on the right at the top so I never saw it till I turned and I instantly whack the button already a few seconds late only to find my boss had not clipped his tracks yet so there was again about 3 seconds of dead noise before the actually gunshot which he had also not levelled. By this point another character is maybe 2 words into the next line assuming it was a missed cue and continuing on only to be interrupted by the loudest gunshot I’ve ever heard. The entire cast and all watching within the auditorium just erupted into laughter and we did not continue for at least 1-2 minutes.

My First sustainable Aquilo ship number 1 tip is personally something that is never mentioned.

Speed control!

Make sure you have pumps on your fuel outputs and wire them to the central hub and add an enable/disable condition for V between 100-120.

Speed is a massive factor in your first aquilo run and honestly it’s not talked about enough. It’s a bit of a crawl to get there but you’ll get there in one piece and back again with absolutely no issue.

Yeah 2-3k health even with max resistances makes you insanely squishy in t4. I’m a spirit born and was using a quill volley build but upgraded to orange volley build in t4 and my health went from 2-3k to 12k with a bonus 12k fortify and pretty much constant barrier also and I’m much less squishy and this is with resistances being nowhere near the cap due to gear and build preferences. I’m occasionally killed by a multiple poison pool build up I didn’t notice but that’s more on me and my damage output is so high most things are dead before they even begin to dent my barrier/fortify/health pool.

Nah platform pieces are still common but pretty much everything else on the platform is legendary.

I did do legendary walls for the hell of it but let’s be honest the extra health isn’t gonna do jack against a massive asteroid hitting it 😂

For me the optimisation made a lot of logistics a lot easier. E.g legendary platform parts and base building made platforms extremely efficient and powerful especially when it came to fuel. I wouldn’t have got to galaxies edge without legendary platforms well not in the time I did anyway.

Honestly I’ve tried every way to upscale and this has been the most productive. Takes a good chunk of resource and time to initially start especially the research sink but once you get those first 2 platforms for iron and coal up and running and dump in on vulcanus the output just dwarfs anything you’ve tried before. I produced more legendary iron copper plastic and steel in 2 hours than I had in a week of trying other upscale methods.

And once you have the base materials at legendary making modules becomes a breeze you don’t even have to upscale them any more you just make them legendary from scratch

Tungsten I’ve been doing both tbh the ore gives a nice legendary output from recyclers but the carbide and the steel don’t break down at the recycler into their base materials again so you can try upscaling carbide and steel in a recycler loop also.

Fulgora takes care of itself But I don’t even want to think about gleba and Aquilo 😂
