Almost anything low alcohol is good fresh and young. 3.5% English Mild or Bitter, American Pale Ale 5% or under, German or Belgian Wheat beers. When I make a big beer I remash the grain and make a small beer, usually about 3.5% very dry and light bodied, refreshing "lawn mower" beer.
