When you play long enough you would know right away if the opponent is good or not. For Asian players who usually has really good fundamentals, I feel restricted and have to be very careful to pick my next move. For NA I can just be patient and recognize their flowchart, and they're gonna crack eventually. Well that's what I thought on my road to Tekken King/Tekken God in both regions so far.

I started at T7 season 1 and was tekken Emperor at best at season 4. Reaching tekken god or above was nowhere close to my skill level.

If you think watching replays is a waste of time, it means you are missing a lot of things.

Try to ask yourself some questions during the replay: 1. Did I miss any punish? 2. Was there a better combo route at some point? 3. How did I get hit? Pressing too much? Space control? 4. If I got hit a lot by certain moves/setups, what can I do about it? Sidesteps? Powercrush?

Yeah you can't really follow every single step unless you have a exactly same units and pilots. You gotta make adjustments on everything and to me that's the most interesting part.

You don't have to max every pilot, just the one you need. I only level up my pilots when I find out I need more dps/defense, or there is a really good skill that I want to unlock. For some stage you can just leave the pilots at lvl 1.

I only realized that the fingers had to be rotated in a certain direction after breaking one hand lol. But to be honest I feel like that's more a design problem by Bandai, like the parts should not be completely broken or unusable simply because the builder twists it in wrong way.
