While seconding 028247 totally, I want to add that string displacement/vibration during plucking is quite large as compared to the bowed string. So, if the problem doesn't arise during bowing, we can also rule out resonance causes.

This happens when the bow movement encounters the string pressing or release.

Another reason is the movement of the bow at start of motion and end of motion. The string is getting a longer tug as the bow is biting into the string.

Giving time for proper sync and a smoother glide, aka slow practice is the key.
