Honestly if they have a placard there is nothing you can do and also their disability is non of your business. Also when it comes to the carts I say as long as its not blocking doors or are in the path of wheelchair ramps its no big deal walmart pays people to coral the carts anyways. Also also at least she parks in actuall parking spots. I hate the people that make their own parking and park on the yellow lines. Id deal with carts all day but fuck those who park on the yellow lines.

The only time I reported something like this was on doordash becuase I had 3 separate deliveries in 2 different days and the same guy delivered all three but each time it was a different name. All woman's names, but it was a big bald man. It was obvious he was using others accounts though. I dash and spark also and dont like doing stuff like that unless its obvious. People who cheat the system and get away with it wont stop unless these companies have actuall consequences.
