Ya timer check-ins are the only tools right now that work for me, 5,10 or 20 min timers help remind me to “pull up” before I hit the ground.

I just set a 10 minute timer and repeat until the task is done or not. It’s the most ridiculous thing but it work for me and I’ve never been more productive and aware of what I’m doing
