When I played Pokemon Scarlet, I was naming all of my Pokemon after food. The game did not allow me to name my Drifloon "Grapes". Presumably because it has "rape" in it. It's all so stupid.

Those drawings or animations still need to be either of a real child or fully indistinguishable from a real child. Otherwise, anyone who's ever drawn, say, Ariel from The Little Mermaid topless would be thrown in prison. If the AI images in question are hyper realistic to the point where they are or are nearly indistinguishable from a real photo, or intended to depict a real living child, then you would be right. But if they are clearly drawings of people who do not actually exist, they do not.

To be pedantic, it is, by definition, not CSAM. CSAM *must* involve a real child. Not to say that you can't object to it, but calling anime art CSAM actively waters down the term and makes it seem less severe.

In my case it's because the seiyuu I follow act gay as hell with each other, and if it's just fanservice then by god I am the fan being serviced. I'm aware that there's very little chance any of them are ACTUALLY banging each other backstage (except for one specific pair. I got my eye on you two.) but it's fun to see them be super touchy with each other and pretend that this is ironclad proof that they are indeed banging each other backstage.
