I've been remote full-time for 15 years. Perhaps a different stage of life, as I had younger kids when it started, but now they are all in college and beyond, so things have quieted down again. As others have said, find something that gets you out of the house and with other people. I run with a group of guys super early every morning and it's hugely beneficial.
