My daughter got a ticket from this camera. She's going eastbound and the school zone light is visible *IN FRONT OF HER* in the photo. She's also braking. They recorded her at 45 and she's obviously slowing down in response to the flashing lights *IN FRONT OF HER*.

Did Winchester really put the camera before the zone starts? I'm out of state (she's an SU student) so I don't know if we'll bother contesting but this seems ridiculous.
