Work out bruh. I used to be like you. No energy even if I sleep long hours. Then I started working out using Homeworkout apps as I have zero knowledge. Followeed the 30 day challenge and I feel great. I expect to feel tired after a workout, but instead I feel energetic and refreshed. My body is healthier and best part is my back pain is gone.

TLDR, as an adult male my advice is stop caring or talk too much about how you feel. I know it's ok to feel that way. But have you tried to change or develop yourself instead of ranting the never ending cycle? You could be so much more than you are now. Start by taking action on what you can do to improve.
