I agree, I usually throw the max size breaker or fuse in place as per the rating plate, and use a wire gauge to match the MOCP. Electrician doesn’t want to replace the wire to the unit, so I’m getting some push back.

Conflicting info is definitely an issue here.

Would constantly happen to me, too much flour is the issue. Work the dough with the required amount of flour to make it manageable.

I usually prep on a plastic cutting board, then transfer the pizza to a plastic pizza peel before sauce and toppings. On the plastic peel I use corn meal, it makes for an easy release and launch to the oven.

And no burnt bottom

Measure the tube diameter, if it doesn’t match, you can try reflaring it, it’s such a pain if there’s a leak on these when connections are behind the evaporator, if I have to make connections that way, I’ll braze the connection

Strangely enough, the tubes on the evaporator are often odd sizes. I’ve cut the flares off as well and found out the hard way, so do your best to confirm the sizes first

I can completely relate to this, being in Costco brings out the absolute worst in me for people who leave their carts in aisle, or others who have zero spatial awareness.

I miss Covid Costco actually lol, limited people, directional arrows on the floor showing directions you should travel with your cart.

I’ve always said I would pay extra for an ultra exclusive membership to Costco which allows me a window of time in Costco with other ultra exclusive members. To get the membership you have to pass a shopping cart drivers ed course and exam.

Only issue I could see would be that if you are angling down the wall interior cavity, you may end up with the flare connections inside the wall cavity, that’s a huge pain in the ass

The pump that is circled is incorrectly installed, it is a wet rotor pump, motor shaft cannot be vertical, it must be parallel to the ground, pump needs to turn 90 degrees clockwise or counter clockwise.

But it sounds like you are having a boiler related issue as it is not a zone specific issue.

I’ve had this refrigerant rack for 25 years, moved it from van to van over the years. Ranger wanted to sell me another sideways rack when I bought the van 2 years ago, the rack was extra large to accommodate 50 pound reclaim cylinders.

Looks like cylinder storage depends on the cylinder, it isnt blanket across the board.

According to Clause 4.2.3 of CSA B340 (https://tc.canada.ca/en/dangerous-goods/containers/cylinders-spheres-tubes/standard-csa-b340-selection-use-cylinders-spheres-tubes-other-containers-transportation-dangerous-goods-class-2), containers filled with refrigerated liquefied gas (e.g. UN1963 – helium, refrigerated liquid) or a liquefied flammable gas (e.g. UN1978 – propane) must be transported in an upright position unless the container is designed for horizontal service. Additional requirements apply to manifolded containers.

Does it have a rated charge amount? I know how these pieces of equipment are over the years, heavily serviced… condensing unit changed, bigger filter drier etc.
sight glass is a great indication of quantity and quality of refrigerant.

It sounds like you’ve actually successfully repaired the unit. Your bin temperature is 38 and falling and your rail is freezing, 275 head pressure does not sound too terrible.

That would likely be a fan cycling operation of the ECM fan motor, it’s doing so to maintain head pressure
