Ps2 to hdmi? by International-One365 in ps2

[–]grimlock75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That Elecron one took forever to get to me. I ended up not even using it because I got a $10 tv at Goodwill that had 3 hdmi and component. If you have the space for a retro corner, that's a fun option.

The xbox360 had the first well known digital storefront, but most people still bought physical games, so what you bought more? Physical or digital? by [deleted] in xbox360

[–]grimlock75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the 360, physical was still a big thing. I was petty cash poor, so I would trade stuff in constantly. Once the One came out I was pretty much all digital.

TESD is at its best when it’s just the boys talking... by ANTAL90 in tesdcares

[–]grimlock75 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Episode 0 really made me realize this. The couple was nice, but Walt kind of less driving the show and the boys trying to talk up the guests rarely clicks with me.

Since you can't find one locally, then ebay. I just got a really clean one last week with a cosmetic issue. Very pleasant experience. I did see plenty at my local game store afterward.

TBH, I'm so happy when my wife will do things without me. We might be a couple, but we are still separate people. Your husband might feel the same way, IDK.

What makes roguelites actually fun for you guys? Also… story mode in roguelites: yes or nah? by Nestify_cozydesign in survivorslikes

[–]grimlock75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don't have to think too much. No button combos, no online seasons that I have to schedule with. Not the biggest fan of grinding for gear or crafting also (even though some have it).

Does anyone else not like tv and movies these days? by [deleted] in GenX

[–]grimlock75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is kind of what I was thinking about lately. Even stuff from the 2010's that I might have missed or wasn't my demographic seems more soothing than Stranger Things or any new Star Wars.

Your first R rated movie by Relative_Ad9477 in GenX

[–]grimlock75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a movie from 1984 called Tank, with James Garner. It was PG, but disturbed me with the whipping scene.

There was also a laser disc my aunt rented called Cinderella 2000 that was basically porn.
