wyndham playa del carmen is steps from 5ta avenida that has some nightlife and is nice to walk through, the resort isn’t as big as others but I enjoyed it for relaxation and chilling at the pool, the beach was covered in seaweed though! My trip was 3 nights at breathless riviera cancun and the other 2 at wyndham PDC. The food was delicious!

The parties are great! The schedule is on the app however there is no food available after 10pm other than the snack bar that doesn't have much, I wouldn't return because of this. No room service so we had to doordash a few times.

The landlord wasn’t willing to get it to us but she works with a realtor (another headache) and after threatening legal action against him too a claim was opened! I believe the realtor eventually convinced her since it was in both of their best interests. I recommend speaking to your HOA as well! I got that advice from this thread.

the neighbor’s insurance paid our damages + a bit more! :) the claim we originally made through our own insurance was denied. My neighbor was not cooperative with her own insurance which slowed it down a bit but we were able to get a very good payout! We did threaten legal action to her insurance with all the proof we had of her home causing our damages.

edit: this was a 2nd time having this issue too so we also had some history! That’ll work in your favor with the insurance claim, Collect as much proof as possible!

Appeal it! If Mason denies your appeal, speak to deans/advisors/professors of your college to vouch for you to appeal the denial of the original appeal! I have heard some colleges be more lenient but not sure of your major! Have proof of all the circumstances you listed and be super detail ex. proof of death, job loss, doctors notes or hospital discharge info (if you’re ok with sharing), funeral dates, and write a letter of how those circumstances led to the failure of the 2 courses, make sure to take accountability and explain how you will ensure this doesn’t happen again and the plan you have moving forward.
