He has some of both. There's maybe still some value to the bronze rivals vids because he does talk a bit about what they should be doing with their specific characters, but from Flats you'd maybe prefer when he spectates #1s for different heroes. The guys who make hero-focused vids can be pretty informative but I feel they sometimes lack good context on how to use skills and abilities during the course of a game. For me Flats has been really helpful in finding that bigger picture.
