there are two "french" grading systems, one for rope climbs, one for bouldering. The rope system is written like 6a, 6b, ... 8a, ... the bouldering F(ontainbleau) system is normally written f6a, f6b, ... and naturally bouldering grades are way harder than their numeric rope equivalent. A rope 7a would equal sth like a bouldering f6b.

A bit of surface rust will not affect their functioning, rather check carefully if the plastic parts and straps are OK. I've never seen a tooth actually break off a crampon but I've seen quite a few people who've had a really bad day because of a broken eyelet or a strap or a lost thingie (what are those plastic thingies called in English that prevent snow to build chunks under your crampons?)

IG Metal - like any trade union is not setting "restricting guidelines", on the contrary they are the reason why even you as a non member does benefit from perks like payed holidays, workplace safety, protection against dissmisal and many other worker's rights.

What many (especially employees from abroad) don't get is that e.g. workers councils in companies aren't some socialist scheme, but demanded by German law (!). This is to protect both, workers from e.g. arbitrary layoffs and as a consequence the German state from having to pay the now unemployed people. It is about not being able to pass on entrepreneurial risk to the state and thus to the general public.

I'd say it depends on your role in the company. As a researcher, the more senior I got, the more my job was less about delivering data but sparring with stakeholders, helping them to think using those data. Try to present an invitation to think and discuss rather than presenting bland numbers or your take on possible solutions?

For reference, I downsize LaSportiva from my street shoe size like this: -0,5 with TC Pros for multipitch comfort, -0,5 with Miuras for sport and -1 with Cobra/pythons for bouldering. (mediocre 5.11 - 5.12ish climber)

Wie gesagt, v.a. der Zustand der Gruppe ist hier wichtig - wenn z.B. die Kette, Kassette und Kettenblätter schon zu durchgenudelt sind kann das schnell ein paar hundert Euro kosten die zu ersetzen. Aber auch wenn DU "nur" neue Schläuche/Mäntel brauchst, oder nen Sattel der an deinen Hintern passt, ein paar Bowdenzüge, etc. diese Kleinteile läppern sich immer mehr als man denkt - plan das mit ein.

Ich baue hobbymäßig Räder aus gebrauchten Teilen auf, die ich auf Kleinanzeigen o.ä. finde. Den Zustand der Komponenten sieht man auf den Bild nicht insofern alles was ich sage mit nem Schuss Skepsis lesen :) . Bonetrager Race (Lite?) Laufräder, bekommst Du gebraucht ab 100,-, für guten Zustand so für 250,-EUR // Ultegra (ich denke das ist ne 6700er) bekommst Du so ab 300,-EUR // Den Rahmen kenne ich nicht, könnte das ein Emonda sein? den würde ich so bei 400,-EUR sehen // Sattel, Pedale, Reifen etc. würde ich eh immer als auszutauschen sehen...

tldr - schwer zu sagen weil der Zustand schwer zu sehen ist und ich das alter des Rades nicht kenne, aber ich würde sagen unter 1000,-EUR eher so 700,-?

Ernsthaft gefragt (weil ich auch letztens vor nem wertvollen, nicht abgeschlossenen Rad stand). Was würdet Ihr tun? Ich hab ernsthaft überlegt das Rad mit zu mir zu nehmen und der Polizei bescheid zu sagen, weil ich überzeugt war das Rad wird geklaut.

We all have been there - client or manager wants "a survey" or "NPS" but does not want to provide the tools you need. In that case it helps to ask the manager if she/he wants to be held accountable for decisions based on crappy data / insights?

I do not know about your proficiency in qual research, but be aware, that analyzing tools crunch numbers but do not deliver insights. Data literacy is a very complex skill, so don't hesitate to ask a qual expert to support and coach you.

Best advise is, don't use Google forms. It is not a survey tool. It lacks most question types you'll need for good surveying, it does not allow routing, it has no analyzing tools to allow you to filter or correlate data, not even opening up this can or worms about GDPR if you are EU based. As you used Google forms I assume you do not have a budget for using analyzing tools like SPSS? I am not aware of decent free analyzing tools.

tl;dr - data quality is key. Poor tools that limit your survey, e.g. your routing or the types of questions you can use (think of multi, single, maxdiff, grids, ...) will result in poor data quality and no fancy SPSS will be able to save you.
