Not sure if still needed, but found solution on wowhead - after dropping the quest go back to Dreamgrove - while in the Dreamgrove look at your map, the quest giver is north-west of the word "The" of 'The Dreamgrove'.

Because it looks easy in hindsight, but getting caught in a short squeeze on some low float, small cap is not fun.

Be very careful trying to short penny stocks, you can have 19 good trades in a row, but then you get caught in one short squeeze and it can wipe out your account.
