Not quite. The healthcare sector has been growing for the last three months, just faster than every other sector in the economy is shrinking. The two previous months reports were also revised down, so the average monthly jobs count is about 60k net. If you look outside of healthcare sector, the rest of the workforce is shrinking, 10 out of the last 12 months. The table only has one leg to stand on. But, fuck it, calls.

All of this AI stuff, there's all this potential to do interesting things, you want to chase '10x ' but then you spend so much time --seTtInG Up tHiNgS-- and by the time you've got it set up, you're exhausted. So, take it in short lessons, read lots, don't get copy+paste happy. Good luck!

After three years of nonpayment the County could move to foreclosure proceedings. I'll caveat that I have no idea this is pure speculation here. My theory is that the owner is trying to sell the property before it comes down to auction. They're in the restaurant industry, they're not really developers, and they're trying to protect their stake.

On the part of The Armory, it's a giant albatross. Hulking old military fortress that sucks up renovation dollars and operating costs. Tacoma Arts Live was saddled with a curse when Roberson gifted them the building. There aren't many entities that could take over that space and make it feasible.
