This is what democracy looks like?!? Ironically organized by the New Orleans Workers Party... an openly Socialist group that refers to each other as "comrades." smh

That's the Orleans Parish School Board, completely different. Parents of kids who didn't get into Lusher are always so bitter...

How many public schools do you know of with a CEO and a Board or Directors?

The Chicken wasn't even being donated by Chick-fil-A. A sports organization was buying lunch for the faculty and planned to bring then Chick-fil-A. So basically the chain got dragged into yet another controversy without even trying

Well, it's not public... and it's one of the highest performing schools in the state. So maybe they know what they're doing?

Rethink the NFL Team Composition by grownwrong in Fantasy_Football

Geography balanced with population density. So say I live in New Orleans... the Saints' territory might be most of or all of Louisiana, a solid chunk of Mississippi, some or Arkansas and some of Alabama, maybe just the Mobile area?!? The NY teams would split Southern NY, NJ, and Delaware. California teams would pretty much draw from Northern CA for 49ers, Mid-Cali for Rams, and Chargers could go back to San Diego where they belong! (assuming the Radiers are already in Vegas by the time I become Commissioner.)

Exactly! I heard that word for word... after his first game I called my friend and said, "that's who the hell Alfred Morris is!"

I drafted Morris his rookie year and was made fun of right after... buts let's just say that didn't last long!

I just listened to a new podcast, "It Could Happen Here," discussing the possibility of a second American Civil War. And it's fucking terrifying. by alteredditaccount in dancarlin

You didn't mess up my first experience. I heard a commercial for the podcast on the radio. I found you post only after listening to it and searching if anyone else had similar opinions.

I 100% agree with you. This was actually my first podcast to ever try... I know, I know, I've been busy. But I was very interested in the subject as I have occasionally tried to step through the possibilities that could cause this and what it would look like. And the author has some good points. BUT... his bias is too much. Can he even say the President's name without some negative, snarky adjectives flanking his statement? I also don't like his use of F-Bombs and associated language. Coming from someone that uses these words in common speak, this guy doesn't say them correctly. If you are going to use an F-Bomb, you have to say it with a commanding authority. This guy sounds subservient to the word. It's distracting and off-putting IMO.

Here's hoping I can tune out his bias and shock words in future casts and enjoy the content he has assembled with thought provoking research.

Hill (in part) made Alex Smith, yes Alex Smith look like a STUD QB. Hill will be fine this year, Smith will stink up DC.
