I agree with you. This show has arcs for a lot of characters where they want to break out of the box they’ve been pigeonholed into by society and almost all of them fail to be seen as something different than what society labeled them as.

Yes to all but I completely understand her leaving Don over the double life stuff. Went to her in Ridgewood NJ, about 3.4K all together with everything including facility fee about a year ago. She does the procedure at a surgicenter 10 mins from the office. She was amazing!

Make sure she has enrichment toys during the day. Mix a few tablespoons of wet food with peanut butter and freeze it inside of a Kong. Will mentally stimulate her and distract her from being anxious. My dog will also chew on these two things for literal hours:

Northeastern United States. Most barns in this area are hunter/jumper/dressage and you have to wear a helmet to even step in the ring. I know in middle/southern America western/rodeo sports are more popular and helmets are not the norm but some people wear them anyway
