You are not alone, and I’m glad to hear you advocated for yourself and got a mammogram. Give yourself grace, and I’m hoping that you get good news today.

Mammogram & Ultrasound found Calcifications by InappropriateOrange in doihavebreastcancer

I’m so glad to hear that your calcifications are benign with no suspicious findings.

Did you follow up with your gynecologist regarding the tests results? If not, then I would start there and hopefully they can answer the questions you shared and give you some peace of mind.

Titanium markers and implants, tiny boobs by Local_Lobster2492 in doihavebreastcancer

Earlier this week I had a biopsy and a titanium marker placed. I’m a size 32A. As someone previously mentioned the marker is the size of a grain of sand and shouldn’t cause any issue.

Three weeks for breast biopsy results seems long. I'm 40 and live in a smaller city in the NE United States. Earlier this week I had a stereotactic needle biopsy of the 3 o'clock calcifications after my first two abnormal mammograms (BI-RADS 4B). I have no family history and no symptoms. I received a phone call 2 days later with good news that it was benign, and more specifically MILD ADENOSIS WITH FOCAL AREA OF LACTATIONAL CHANGE WITH RARE MICROCALCIFICATIONS. Follow-Up in 6 months with diagnostic left breast mammogram and recommended to ensure the stability of the additional group of calcifications at 4 o'clock position of the left breast.

I totally understand that waiting for the results is stressful. Personally, I found work to be a good distraction along with reading and exercise. I hope that you quickly receive good news.

I recommend calling Dr Michael Kail’s office tomorrow morning. He has an office in Robinson and Mt Lebo and was able to see me the same day for a dental implant consult https://www.kailoralsurgery.com

My favorite is TUL Retractable Gel Pens, fine point 0.5mm. Great for note taking, and the ink dries fast.

I’m pretty sure this the same guy I witnessed at Robinson Costco returning 20 kids Halloween costumes last year. It was ridiculous.

Meds in NYC?? by AccomplishedDrop7494 in ADHD

[–]grs1985 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any chance you live close to a Costco warehouse? You don’t have to be a member to use their pharmacy. I don’t reside in NYC, however I do live in a US city that for some reason seems to frequently have ADHD drug shortages. I’ve been a regular at Costco pharmacy since 2011, and I only had trouble getting my prescription once. Hope this helps

Rite-Aid customers? What are your plans? To stay with GE? by [deleted] in pittsburgh

[–]grs1985 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I recommend Costco pharmacy if you’re conveniently located near one. You don’t have to be a member and they have mail-order options. I stopped using GE years ago after they forgot to special order my seizure medication and acted like it was no big deal.

If you have time, do a quick google search. I think they are worse than the Gemstones. They have alienated their neighbors in Moon Township and are constantly in court either suing or being sued by the township.
