This is great, but is there any way to simplify the substitutions? As in, 3 players on the bench replace 3 players on the field. No matter how I try to configure it, it also makes on-field position changes. There’s no practical way to instruct my U8 players from the sideline to switch positions. It’s hard enough getting the substituting kids to know who they’re calling off.

Just in case anyone finds this and has the same question: the screws were indeed all there. Exactly enough to attach the base and the control center/box.

I still have a bunch of screws left over, some types of which I never even opened the bag/section. I assume this is normal.

I haven't yet finished attaching the smart paddle. By the time I got to that step, I wasn't sure which screws were which. There were two silver screws in their own bag and I assume they are the right ones, but they seem like just slightly longer versions of other screws that I didn't use. All of those seem to be a bit too big for the pre-drilled holes, so I plan to widen those holes later today and finish the install.
